Stress Management: Pre-Incident Awareness Training

This course will provide the attendee with the knowledge to identify critical and traumatic stress, to understand what secondary trauma is and how it relates to the funeral/mortuary environment, to recognize secondary stress and its effects via signs and symptoms of stress in one’s profession, manage personal foundations to deal with secondary trauma, and provide resources to assist in overcoming trauma.
