You will also gain valuable resources to not only understand disability related issues, but to provide assistance when needed.

How Consumers Really Feel About Funeral Service

In this program, Pam Scott, Executive Director of the KFDA will discuss the NFDA's Consumer Awareness and Preference Survey which is a consumer survey the NFDA conducts each year to measure consumer thoughts perceptions on funeral service. During the program you will view an entertaining video by Ed Defort, Editor of The Director Magazine, which highlights some of the findings of the report. You will also hear about the Opioid Epidemic  and how it will impact funeral service. In the time remaining in the hour, we will touch on a few funeral service laws.
