The Funeral Director and the 3rd Party Cremation Provider: How to Protect Yourself and the Consumer

Numerous lawsuits are filed because a 3rd Party Cremation Provider looks at cremation as just “Simply Business”. They have no relationship to the family. That is why it is imperative, you, the funeral home and 3rd Party Provider, establish policies and procedures with that provider. The failure of practicing Due Diligence is now deemed irresponsible and negligent by a court of law. This program will explain what the funeral home and the third party cremation provider need to do to assure the cremation is conducted in a legal, professional, and ethical manner.

Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow: Change = Opportunity
Cremation isn’t new, and it’s not a fad. It’s here to stay, but are you willing to make the changes needed to survive into the future. This statistical program will take you through the past and present issues of cremation, and what 3 things are a must for you to look at to determine if you are connecting with cremation families, and why these families would choose you over your competitor. This thought provoking, program goes by quickly and will point out what changes you need to make that create opportunity with the families you serve.
